The Story
This was once a library, a police station and is now a Fondue place with the BEST pots of melted stuff you've ever encountered.  In any case, The restaurant sits on what was once a flood plain where dozens of people died when the Platte River flooded. The building was also once the Littleton jail where an inmate and jail keeper died during a botched escaped attempt.

There is a story of one staffer who was putting glasses away in an upstairs room. The worker said she went into the other room and heard noises. When she returned the glasses had been moved from the table to a bench. No one else was around. Moving objects is reported often from investigators

The Investigation
EMF spikes logged and reported, some cold spots ... but the best stuff is the EVP and the fact that during our closed door after hours investigation investigators were treated to a fondue pot leaping off the shelf at our feet. Fun times!  This place will almost always produce evidence.

A male voice answers when an investigator mentions no one is there after hearing a noise
During remote recording, there was a call out for Wendy and Alex
Sounds like someone laughing as we speak ... an odd nasally laugh that none of us have. (this was as we were all looking down the stairs in the basement trying to catch the apparition on film)
During remote recording, unsure what is trying to be said ... a cat maybe?
We're outside during remote recording, and inside you hear a child call out "Daddy"
Again during remote recording, we hear this whistling very near to the recorder left on the stairs
The Conclusion
We all agreed this place is 100% actively haunted
